The VisGuide software has the ability to access the data via an interface of various room booking systems (Exchange, CSV and Outlook) and forward it to the VisDoor door signs. If MS SQL servers are available, the data from the MS SQL Server table can be obtained in this case.
All wired displays can optionally be supplied with touch. Spontaneous bookings, booking renewals or new bookings can be entered directly on the panel. The door locking system can also be activated via VisDoor Touch; Only via password entry is then possible.
The power supply for VisDoor Elegance and BusinessLine can optionally be provided via PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) and EoP (Ethernet-over-Power). VisDoor displays can be automatically switched on and off by software. If a room reservation is outside of these times, this has priority, that is, the display is active until the last conference booking is completed. This saves energy costs and extends the life of the door signs.

In the unlikely event that the image "freezes" inside the VisDoor Elegance or BusinessLine, the operating software recognizes this automatically and reboots the display. Thus, the error corrects itself.
